Our listed prices cover the Initial Design Consultation, which serves as the foundational step for your project—whether it's a standalone consultation or the beginning of a full remodel. This initial fee is considered a “start-up” cost and is non-refundable.

Project Progression

• Initial Design Consultation:

  • Ideal for clients embarking on their first project, providing entry-level insights, design concepts, and cost estimates.

  • Fees are charged per area or room.

• Transition to Full Remodel:

  • If you decide to proceed with a full-service remodel, the initial consultation fee will be credited toward your total service cost.

  • The remaining balance for the full service must be paid as per the agreed contract.

No Refund Policy

​

• Upgrading Services:

  • Clients who upgrade from an Initial Design Consultation to a Full Remodel must pay the difference in service fees.

• Downgrading Services & Cancellations:

  • Once a Full Interior Design Service has been initiated, clients cannot revert to a lower-tier service or receive a refund for any portion of the fee.

  • Payments made for consultations, design plans, and project management are final and non-refundable—regardless of whether the project moves forward or is halted by the client.
